Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation audits
- Implement financial controls to optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with senior team on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
