Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger monthly
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital filing systems with audit-ready documentation
- Support budget preparation variance analysis
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional offsite meetings)
