Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation
- Provide timely financial reporting to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and KY tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid KY CPA license preferred but not required
- Proven experience with multi-client accounting systems
