Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger accurately.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory financial standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours/week).
