Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial statements and reconciliation processes
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor management
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance reviews
- Maintain digital accounting records in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on quarterly audits
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- QuickBooks Online proficiency and Excel mastery
- GAAP compliance knowledge and audit experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Part-time accounting role experience preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
