Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger
- Process payroll for 20+ employees
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks records
- Support budget forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years part-time/full-time accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Michigan CPA license or actively pursuing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
