Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and financial reporting during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks and proprietary software
- Process payroll transactions and maintain employee expense records
- Prepare monthly financial statements for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with Florida-based finance teams on cross-state projects
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines during non-traditional hours
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-state financial operations (Florida preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, CB) highly desirable
