Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process and post journal entries to the general ledger with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
