What You Will Do:
- Oversee and execute daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows with zero errors.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Monitor and post customer payments to maintain accurate accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for tax documents and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience (Night shift experience preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
