Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve accounting workflows using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
