Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Process payroll for night shift employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Assist in year-end audits and tax preparation support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant (2+ years required).
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and accurately during night shifts.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
