Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts nightly
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision and timeliness
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks/Excel-based accounting workflows
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support month-end/year-end closing procedures with documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/ACB preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven night shift or remote accounting work history
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities under deadline pressure
