Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Manage and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal review.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Process payroll for night shift personnel accurately.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
