- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for night shift staff
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports for leadership review
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows for night shift operations
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures with precision and efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift or remote work background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and CA tax regulations
