Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements nightly
- Process payroll and tax filings with zero-error tolerance
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
