Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger journal entries.
- Process payroll for night shift employees with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax documentation preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available to work night shifts consistently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
