Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process payroll for night shift employees and contractors efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and year-end audit preparations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
