Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger and perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct nightly data entry and financial audits to ensure data integrity across all departments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and support the annual tax preparation process.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of financial tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with GAAP and local tax regulations.
