Responsibilities
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable during off-peak hours
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries with nightly closures
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Implement internal controls for financial data security
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance checks
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for advanced data analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
