Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements nightly
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage payroll processing for 100+ employees
- Assist with tax documentation and audit preparation
- Monitor cash flow and financial metrics
- Collaborate with remote accounting teams during night shift overlap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills for financial discrepancies
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
