- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance across multiple states
- Generate month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for reviews
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with strict confidentiality
- Support budget forecasting and expense tracking initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong understanding of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
