- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict deadline adherence
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Process payroll for 200+ employees with tax compliance oversight
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with international teams during market hours
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Proven night shift or remote finance experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rate <0.5%
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
