Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly with precision
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing for multiple client accounts
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional accuracy with numerical data and financial documents
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international clients
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
