Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and vendor payments during overnight shifts
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with day-team finance professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
