Night Shift Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and financial reports.
• Manage payroll processing for night shift staff.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant (2+ years preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
