Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Generate and analyze financial statements with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and month-end closings
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
