Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Process accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to deadlines and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) a plus
