Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour turnaround
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during night-time compliance reviews
- Implement internal controls for financial security
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical skills for financial discrepancy resolution
