Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain general ledgers
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and transaction processing
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
