Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks and Xero software
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable overnight
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping hours
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent bookkeeping certification
- Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and VAT procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
