Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within SLAs
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time data entry
- Collaborate with auditors during night-time reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
