- Process high-volume invoices and vendor payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships
- Reconcile accounts and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Utilize SAP/Oracle ERP systems for transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and AP processes
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
