- Process high-volume invoice payments with 99.9% accuracy across 3 ERP systems
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Manage employee expense reimbursements and travel advance processing
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight hours for urgent payment needs
- Maintain organized digital archives for audit compliance
- Optimize AP workflows using automation tools
- Support month-end closing procedures during night shift
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills for complex transaction reconciliation
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Night shift availability with weekend rotation flexibility
