Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers monthly
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support month-end closing processes
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with 3-way matching processes
