Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice approvals and payment terms
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
