Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile US-based client accounts, with dedicated focus on San Antonio operations
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements adhering to US GAAP standards
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll for US entities
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for US regional leadership
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and SOX controls
- Collaborate with US teams during night shift hours for real-time financial support
- Optimize accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years' experience with US GAAP and multinational accounting
- Proven night shift or cross-time zone finance collaboration
- Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system expertise
- Strong knowledge of US tax compliance (IRS/San Antonio regulations)
- Exceptional attention to detail with financial data
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
