Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements/reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct month-end/year-end reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/SOX regulations
- Assist with audits and tax preparations
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
