Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process and analyze financial transactions using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Prepare detailed financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/QuickBooks)

- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliation processes
