- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Proven expertise with GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
