Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Shift Accountant, you will be responsible for the daily financial operations of the company. Your duties will include:

- Perform daily general ledger entries and ensure accurate account reconciliation.
- Process payroll and assist with the preparation of necessary payroll tax documentation.
- Conduct nightly bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy.
- Review financial reports and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
