Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation tasks with precision and speed.
- Process payroll for the night shift workforce and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance during off-hours.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift management regarding financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
- Must be available to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
