Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for night shift employees
- Conduct audits and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience, night shift preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
