Job Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a low-traffic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily financial operations that keep our business running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Review and audit invoices and expense reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) to update and maintain financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience (night shift experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to work 10-hour night shifts (11:00 PM - 9:00 AM).
