As our Night Shift Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring smooth financial operations during off-hours. This position offers a unique chance to work in a low-pressure setting while supporting the critical month-end close process.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Process payroll and vendor payments with strict accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial entries are recorded in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records and bank statements to identify discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary schedules and journals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid night setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
