Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform monthly and annual financial close procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
