Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during overnight shift
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor cash flow and prepare variance reports for management
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
