Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
- Utilize accounting software to track financial transactions and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
