Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verification
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports
- Prepare financial statements and management reports under tight deadlines
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial systems for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight handovers
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience with night shift or flexible schedules preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
