Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with emphasis on night shift efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and audits
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience in tech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
