Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and post nightly journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes with strict adherence to GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and inter-company accounts.
- Review and audit financial documents for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
